Eight tips to sound living

Many has been complaining of having one sickness or the other, which has lead them into borrowing and thinking. Worry no more because there are things that we take common not knowing they contribute to our well-being. The following are things to consider inorder for us to have good health;


1. Regular intake of treated water every morning when you are up from bed and exercise your body regularly

2. Try living in a good,clean and condusive environment.

3. Sleep under a mosquito net to prevent it's bites

4. Do not take sugery substance always. Try to take bitter substances (eg. water from bitter leaf) at least twice a month. It helps the liver and kidney to function well.

5. Brush your teeth twice daily (in the morning and at night before going to sleep).

6. Avoid much sex, especially when sick.

7. Avoid talking stimulant, they can hinder the proper functioning of the heart.

8. Eat more of vegetables and fruits to correct balance diet(more vegetable less meat).

The above guild lines listed contributes to a good health. Adhering to them will eradicate illness to your surprise.
